  • Outside Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days. via Courier Company.
  • Urgent Delivery: Available inside Dhaka within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka City: Depends on the distance from BD Dent. and products weight.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Depends on the distance and products weight.
  • Free Shipping: Valid for orders above BDT 10,000. (Only Materials)

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Inside Dhaka: Full COD is available.
  • Outside Dhaka: COD is available nationwide via Courier Company.
  • Parcel Inspection: You must check the package condition before paying the courier person.

 

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent via SMS or WhatsApp Message after dispatch.
  • A valid phone number is required at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility Window

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days.
  • The countdown starts from the delivery date.

  • Damaged or physically broken products that Shipped by BD DENT.
  • Defective items that do not work that Shipped by BD DENT.
  • Wrong item, size, or color received that Shipped by BD DENT.
  • Expired dental products or materials that Shipped by BD DENT.

 

Condition of Return Items

  • Items must be completely unused.
  • Products must be in original packaging.
  • All seals, tags, and accessories must remain intact.
  • Copy of the original invoice must be included.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened dental composites or bonding agents.
  • Sterile surgical instruments with broken packaging.
  • Any kind of customized or special-order dental items.

Refunds & Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7 to 10 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: 5 to 7 business days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Fault: Free return shipping if we sent the wrong or damaged item.
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays the return delivery charge.

  • Coverage Period: Typically 3 to 24 months (specified on the product page).
  • What is Covered: Manufacturing defects, internal motor failures, and electronic malfunctions.

 

Warranty Exclusions

  • Physical damage caused by drops, accidents, or mishandling.
  • Damage from incorrect voltage or unstable power supplies.
  • Wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., RVG Cable, bur chucks, bearings, light bulbs).
  • Equipment serviced or opened by unauthorized technicians.

 

How to Claim Warranty

  • Contact our support team with your original invoice.
  • Ship the product back to our Dhaka office or service center.
  • Diagnostics and repairs usually take 7 to 14 business days.
