- Items must be completely unused.
- Products must be in original packaging.
- All seals, tags, and accessories must remain intact.
- Copy of the original invoice must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened dental composites or bonding agents.
- Sterile surgical instruments with broken packaging.
- Any kind of customized or special-order dental items.

- Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7 to 10 business days.
