What do we sell?
As one of the nation’s leading distributors of dental supplies, BD DENT. offers different products for general practitioners and numerous specialties. In addition to physical products, BD DENT. also provides technology services, a capital equipment division, equipment repair services and a full line of private label products.
Who do we sell to?
BD DENT. restricts sales and distribution of products and services to licensed dentists, healthcare professionals, authorize diagnostic center and hospital and dental college who have an established business account with us within Bangladesh.
Does BD DENT. sell to dental students?
BD DENT. love provide support to the future dental professionals, that is why we offer department and year wise dental instrument and materials offerings to approved dental students accounts. Many of our products can only be shipped to valid college ID holders. Accounts have a minimum order requirement of BDT 7,000.00 and must pay in advance at time of order and will receive FREE shipping within Dhaka city.
Does BD DENT. sell to non-dentists?
The products on this website are intended for professional use only and will only be sold to approved accounts. Many of our products can only be shipped to licensed Bangladeshi dentists (BDS). Accounts other than dentists, hygienists, or dental laboratories have a minimum order requirement of BDT20,000.00, and must pay in advance at time of order.
Does BD DENT. ship outside of the Dhaka City?
We can only sell and ship to any addresses in Bangladesh. Within Dhaka city we have a dedicated in-house delivery service and outside Dhaka city we use currier service preferred by our customers. Please use the following website: www.e-bddent.com

How do I create an online account with BD Dent.?

How can I be removed from your mailing list?
In order to fully stop the mailing, please make a copy of the back of the catalog with the doctor’s name and address or e-mail to customerservice@e-bddent.com.
Ordering Product
How do I place an order?
You can place an order however is most convenient for you – over the phone, online or through PC and Cell Phone.
Do you provide quotes or price comparisons?
Yes. Please contact customer service with a list of products you are interested in, or invoices from dealers you want a comparison against. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
How do I find my order history?

I am unable to locate a product from one of your manufacturers. Can you order it for me?
In most cases, we can special order that product for you. Contact your Account Manager or chat with us online to find out more.
When will I receive my order?
With 1–2-day delivery in most parts of Bangladesh, within the Dhaka city same-day delivery possible if order request has been placed by 4:30pm.
I see you work with a manufacturer/country dealer, but I do not see a specific product from that manufacturer. Can you order that product for me?
Possibly. Please contact our customer service department with the name of the manufacturer, product name and manufacturer item number if you have it. If we are able to place a special order for the product(s) there will be a 2–3-week lead time. All special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
What is the latest I can place my order for same day shipping?
Orders received by 4:30 PM Saturday-Thursday are routinely shipped the same day.

How can I process a return?
We pride ourselves on hassle-free returns with the easiest and most liberal return policy in the industry.
If you are not fully satisfied with a product, just call us within 3 (three) days of shipment. BD Dent. will issue a full credit or refund, only if the product has NOT been opened or used. For customers located outside of Dhaka city, customer can send the goods via currier service to return any unused items with currier expense.
Items used in the patient’s mouth must be autoclaved before returning to BD DENT. For all handpieces and small equipment, you may use one in your office on trial; we can only accept the return of one unit in used condition.
What is your return policy?
BD DENT. provides our customers with a generous return policy for obtaining credit or adjustment on products sold. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. We will arrange to replace, exchange or issue a refund – it’s that easy.

Billing & Payments
What payment options are available to customers?
Monthly Billing: If you are a licensed practitioner in Bangladesh (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council – BM&DC Registered), your orders can be billed to an open account. For your convenience, statements go out on the first of the month and are due on the 15th for the previous month’s purchases.
Credit Card: Customers may also log into their online account and pay with credit card. Note that applicable local and state taxes may apply.
How can I change my payment options?

Why can’t I change my billing address online?
